In late 1997, Tim accepted a position as the Lead Buyer Specialist with a Realtor team at Coldwell Banker. During this successful partnership Tim was in the Top 10 for Buyer Controlled Sales 11 quarters in a row for the entire Coldwell Banker Northwestern Region. He was also in the Top 10 for Sales Side Volume three years in a row in the S.A.R. (out of 1200+ agents!).
In November of 2000, Tim left that team to start his own business (The Specialist Group, Inc.) and didn't miss a beat! In 2001 he again won both a Top 10 Award for Sales Volume in the S.A.R., the Gold Award for Realtor Excellence, and earned membership in The President's Club. That year he helped over 50 families with their real estate needs for a gross sales volume of over $5,800,000. In 2002 Tim surpassed that mark with over $6,000,000 in sales volume, and he earned the coveted Platinum Award for Realtor Excellence and again qualified for The Presidents Club. In 2003, Tim continued his upward climb with a sales volume of over $6,600,000 on nearly 50 transactions, earning another Platinum Award and was the Number 1 Agent for Total Sales Volume in the Windermere City Group office.
